He is Jesus and He is fighting for you!

You are the apple of God's eye, you are fearfully and wonderfully made, precious in His sight!

In spite of the challenges you face each day, the Lord will give to you enough of His grace and strength to get through victoriously! Yes, He is imparting His Love within you to turn the other cheek! He is healing all of your hurts and pain!

Remember all those sleepless nights? Well from now on as you lay your head on your pillow you have sweet sleep, because It is the Lord who gives you sleep! Enter into the rest of God, for He is fighting for you! You are victorious in every situation!

Funny eh!?

Hostility humor is rarely funny. Laughter is involved, but only as part of the sneering and jeering at the out-group. Not much funnier than events that provoke nervous laughter or when you all laugh at the same thing, which isn't funny, just to build a sense of camaraderie.

And hostility humor is never lastingly funny. Once the object of derision is no longer a relevant enemy, audiences won't get the references at all.

The only exception is if the audience "never forgets," i.e. is incapable of forgiveness and permanently burns with resentment. Then, yes, the enemies of 500 years ago are still alive in memory and worthy butts of a joke.

True funny has to examine the foibles or challenges of the in-group itself.

It's like the concept of sin -- evil things happen in this world not just because of some wicked out-group preying on us, but because we too are tempted by and succumb to sinful behavior. Notice that Jews also do not focus on sin really at all. They're only harmed because of Borat & Co.

That same idea of "we are often our own worst enemy" is the basis of truly funny stuff, where we get ourselves into the frustrating predicaments. Network, Ghostbusters, Vacation, Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, Heathers, Back to the Future, and so on. Those are really funny and will always be funny.

Putting advertisements on Bloggers...

Advertising has assumed different forms nowadays.

Blogging is very far away and very different in perspective since I have joined Blogging in 2006. Brands now engage the bloggers, just like another one advertising medium in the digital space.

It's a fact that some accept compensation/token/etc. and some don’t. Plain and simple. Those who even decline any compensation or those who don’t have rates but are willing to be involved in the project are even much appreciated. But there will always be a very clear line should be drawn between advertisement and opinion.

In an advertisement, the reading public is aware that they are paid to write positively about the product. In an opinion, specially when expressed by a respected person/blogger must never be paid for it misleads the reader, and worse it degrades the dignity of the blogger. I am not against bloggers who accept pay, but they must state that their write-up/s are paid, in which case it becomes an advertisement. The sponsored posts/pay per post is a one of those forms. It is side by side with fine print ads, or TV commercials where the advertisers pays the product endorsers. Just think of the bloggers as humble brand ambassadors. Most of those promoting the products on TV are comparable to them.

Advertisers are approaching specific bloggers as they are the celebrities of the blogosphere. Just one advice for the brands, just pick your bloggers very carefully. Just like in the old/traditional media, some are good, some are not. Goodluck!

Know your worth...

Surround yourself with those who believe in you, encourage you, and are willing to support you when it rains, not just when it shines.

It’s during the toughest times of your life that you’ll get to see the true colors of the people who say they care about you. So don’t make too much time for people who rarely make time for you, or who only make time for you when it’s convenient for them.

Know your worth.

And remember, relationships are rarely 50/50 at any given instant in time. You can’t always feel 100%, or a full 50% of a relationship’s whole – life is simply too unpredictable for that. So on the days when you can only give 20%, the other person must give 80%, and vice versa.

It’s never been about balancing steady in the middle; healthy relationships are about two people who are willing to make adjustments for each other in real time as needed, and give more when the other person can’t help but give a little less.

Unconditional love...

There's nothing wrong with what you feel.

What makes it wrong is when we act foolishly to justify our desire. Do not let your heart over rule by your head. There is nothing wrong in looking for someone to love. But it is better to have someone who can love us back just as much without breaking the rules. Someone we can be with, without having others push aside. Someone we can love without any guilt. Someone we can spend our lives freely forever.

Sometimes we love so much that we fail to realize that we are already choking our relationship. We cannot own the people we love. We just have to love them and give them the freedom to as they wish. All we have to do is to let them know that when they fall, we’re always there to catch and take care of them.

When we fail to our relationships, we ask ourselves what went wrong. There are times when nothing was wrong; love just naturally fades away and this happen to people who are simply not meant for each other. I know it is difficult to comprehend why relationship suddenly takes unexpected turns. But such things happen. People we treasure go away for a reason. Sometimes we have to stop asking why and just accept it. We should stop being bitter and just be thankful for once we have loved and shared our life with that person and made beautiful memories together. That acceptance will give us the courage to move on and make us realize that God takes away something for us; He doesn’t do so to hurt us. He takes it away because He wants us to have something better.

If any of us have been stepped on or hurt by others, let us allow our self to be healed by God. In time he will ease all our pains and free our hearts from the bondage of the past. Then He will open another door where would an opportunity for us to find someone to trust again, to love again, and hopefully to spend our lives with forever.

When we decided to love someone, we give out our best to let that person know we mean our intention. We put our time, our effort and our emotions into a relationship, which we hope would give us a decent return of investment. But does true love really works this way?

Love, in its real sense is not conditional we do not share emotion to gain something in return. Love is a gift that we should give because we want to give it and not because we want to get something out of it. Love should be bestowed without conditions, without assumptions, without expectations.

We all make a mistake of expecting too much from other people, we expect them to be what we want them to be. We want them to act in ways that will satisfy our own needs. We don’t give without looking forward to something in return.

It is true there will always be burning desire to fulfill a need when we begin to love someone. But we should remember that true love means giving unselfishly. It calls for sacrifice to make others happy. It means forgiveness. It means acceptance when we love unconditionally, then our caring and affection are returned not out of obligation but out of love itself!. . . .
